My turnaround time once work is underway is typically around a week or two, depending on the nature of the project, the condition of the watch and the need to source parts. Waiting times from receipt to making a start will depend on any backlog but I will be able to give you a good idea of the likely overall turnaround time at the point of enquiry.

My movement service charges vary with the type of movement, the number of complications and the complexity of the movement. Casing work, such as crystal and gasket replacements, cleaning and pressure testing, is additional. Any replacement parts are charged at cost and are additional to the service charges.

Return postage within the UK is by Royal Mail Special Delivery. International postage is by Royal Mail International Tracked with additional postal insurance above £250 provided by Secursus at a rate of about £1 per £100 insured value. International mail in both directions is subject potentially to customs charges/tariffs dependent on declared value. Parcels incoming to the UK with a declared value below £39 and declared as a gift are not subject to VAT.
